Does anybody remember Jarts? That was my favorite. Jarts was taken off the market because the heavy, sharp darts could impale anyone in the vicinity - imagine that.
The third week of May is celebrated as World Trade Week in the United States. Organizations and businesses unite "to promote and facilitate national trade in the U.S. economy."
The theme for National EMS Week 2011 is "Everyday Heroes." And I know from personal experience that they are heroes indeed.
National Watercress Week is celebrated in the UK from May 16th to May 23rd. Watercress is technically an herb, not a veggie, but feel free to use the green leafy in salads, soups and sandwiches.
