Clean Up Your Room Day, World Lupus Day, Move for Health Day

May 10th, 2011 is Clean Up Your Room Day, World Lupus Day, and Move for Health Day.

Cleaning your room may not sound like fun, but the right attitude and some great tunes can speed the job along. Oh, and there's nothing like the satisfaction you'll feel when you're done. Today is Clean Up Your Room Day!

World Lupus Day is meant to raise awareness of a debilitating autoimmune disease. Musician Julian Lennon is the Lupus Foundation of America Global Ambassador.

The World Health Organization created Move for Health Day in 2002, to encourage healthy living and physical activity.
