Today is National Tapioca Day. I loved tapioca pudding when I was a kid, but somehow I never think to make it these days. Another use for tapioca is bubble tea, which my eleven-year-old recently sampled for the first time. Strange feeling when a tapioca bubble travels up the straw and into your mouth.
