Start Your Own Country Day, Cashew Day, more

November 22nd, 2011, is Start Your Own Country Day, Go for a Ride Day, Feast Day of Saint Cecilia, Independence Day (Lebanon), and Cashew Day.

Start Your Own Country Day sounds like fun, but also sounds like a lot of hard work. As leader, you'll have to name your country, keep a tight reign on your minions, monitor production, and create some new traditions.

On Go for a Ride Day, take a ride around your new country. If it's really small, that won't take long.

November 22nd is the Feast Day of Saint Cecilia, patron saint of musicians.

Lebanon observes Independence Day on November 22nd.

Go nuts today - it's Cashew Day! Cashews, grown in the tropics, contain mono-unsaturated fats, magnesium, and copper. They're also great with chicken.
