Saint Patrick's Day, Holi, Irish Coffee Day, more

March 17th, 2014, is Saint Patrick's Day, Holi, Dolyatra, Submarine Day, Irish Coffee Day, and Corned Beef and Cabbage Day.

Saint Patrick's Day is the time to wear green in honor of the patron saint of Ireland. View a parade, enjoy some corned beef, drink some green beer, and generally have fun!

Holi and Dolyatra are festivals celebrated in India in conjunction with the March full moon.

On Submarine Day, celebrate sandwiches or underwater ships. You could eat a hoagie while listening to the Beatles' "Yellow Submarine."

Today and January 25th are celebrated as Irish Coffee Day. Cheers! Does coffee come in green?

If you are into the whole Irish food scene, go for the gusto on Corned Beef and Cabbage Day. Erin go bragh!
