No Beard Day, Boost Your Brain Day, more

October 18th, 2013, is No Beard Day, Boost Your Brain Day, World Menopause Day, Saint Luke Feast Day, Independence Day (Azerbaijan), Alaska Day, and National Chocolate Cupcake Day.

Get yourself checked and/or encourage your friends and family to do so, in honor of National Mammography Day. This event takes place on the third Friday in October.

Who doesn't love chocolate cake, and who doesn't love portable snacks? Combine the two and you've got chocolate cupcakes, one of my daughter's favorite foods. October 18th is National Chocolate Cupcake Day.
