This year, Get to Know Your Customers Day falls on the same date as Customer Service Day - how nice for all customers! Get to Know Your Customers Day occurs on the third Thursday of each business quarter. Take this holiday to heart if you're in business. People notice and remember great service, especially in a tough economy.
