Madly in Love with Me Day, Get a Different Name Day, more

February 13th, 2012, is Madly in Love with Me Day, Get a Different Name Day, Value our Friendship Day, Clean Out Your Computer Day, Palindrome Day, Westminster Dog Show, Employee Legal Awareness Day, and Tortellini Day.

Madly in Love with Me Day isn't about conceit or self-absorption. Christine Arylo of Expanding Possibility, LLC, writes, "While it is true that women and girls have more equality and self esteem than ever before, something isn't changing. We believe that something is self-love.... knowing that you can do anything doesn't stop women and girls from beating themselves up, putting themselves into abusive relationships or hating and destroying their bodies." Loving yourself means protecting yourself and taking care of yourself.

Once again today, 2-13-12, we celebrate Palindrome Day.

Employee Legal Awareness Day stresses the importance of educating employees about relevant legal issues.
