Play Your Ukulele Day, Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, more

May 2nd, 2012, is National Play Your Ukulele Day, Sibling Appreciation Day, and National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.

Today is National Play Your Ukulele Day. Do you play? Famous ukulele players include George Harrison (of The Beatles) and Greg Hawkes (of The Cars). But never forget Tiny Tim! Enjoy his "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" now:

Do you have brothers and/or sisters? If so, give them a call, take them out for ice cream, let them borrow your favorite sweater, something. Celebrate Sibling Appreciation Day!

The 11th annual National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy is part of the campaign to "help teens think carefully about sex, relationships, contraception, the possibility of pregnancy, and the lifelong challenges of being a parent."
